Description:

Mr Hung was one of few businessmen who early started their own business right after the liberalisation process started in Vietnamese economy in 1994. He was the chairman of the Imex Pan Pacific Hanoi until 2006. After the success of this business, he set up SSI in the early days of stock market in Vietnam in 1999 to become the pioneer securities operations. SSI went on to become the leading securities company in Vietnam.

Mr Hung is currently Board member of Vinh Son Song Hinh, PG Bank and Chairman and CEO of Saigon Securities Company.

Mr Hung received BA in economics, and law at the Carl Scholemer Merseburg – University in Germany and Vietnam National University in Vietnam.
